Merchant services may not be used for unlawful, deceptive, sanctioned, or prohibited activity.
Illegal and fraudulent activity
Illegal goods or services, fraud, sanctions evasion, counterfeit goods, and deceptive practices are prohibited.
Restricted financial activity
Unlicensed financial services, high-risk investment schemes, and prohibited money movement are not permitted.
Harmful content and goods
Weapons or restricted goods where prohibited, exploitative content, malware, phishing, and cyber abuse are prohibited.
Review and enforcement
NYCapital may request information, delay settlement, restrict features, or terminate access where activity presents material risk.
